# MyAly

> MyAly shows Canadian real estate businesses who shows up when someone asks ChatGPT for an agent in their market, whether it's them, and what to fix. Get found before the click.

MyAly is software plus an agent, not a marketing agency. AI search comes down to three things: authority, answers, and structure. Authority: does the machine know who you are, and why you matter. Answers: does your content answer the client's question before it's asked. Structure: can a machine read your site, meaning the tags, the metadata and the JSON-LD behind the page. MyAly checks all three against the real questions buyers, sellers and owners ask, shows who gets named instead of you, and its agent helps you fix what's holding you back.

Who it's for: real estate agents and teams, independent, regional and national brokerages, property managers, commercial and leasing brokers, and developers and REITs, in Canada. It isn't for businesses that want to do real estate the way it's been done for the last hundred years.

How a check works: MyAly asks each assistant the question through its API with web search on, and keeps the answer and its sources. The free check asks ChatGPT and Gemini. Paid checks ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, with Meta AI as an option. AI answers change from one ask to the next, so a check shows what was said that time. MyAly doesn't promise rankings, mentions or leads.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The first check is free. Solo is $149 a month, Team is $399 a month, Brokerage starts at $999 a month. Fast Start setup is $750, once. Developers, REITs and commercial firms get custom pricing. The first software payment has a 30-day guarantee. The pricing and offer terms pages have the current terms.
