**AI Agent**

Ask the agent why you’re missing from an answer, what to fix first, or to draft the page that answers the question. You or your website partner publish the changes.

## How do you start?

**1. Confirm your business**

Type your business name, pick the matching Canadian listing or confirm the city and province, and check the website. No email and no card for the first look.

**2. See who gets named**

Read your snapshot and what it covered. Sign in with Google or an email code to claim it and reopen the full report. Typing an email alone doesn’t prove the business is yours.

**3. Choose your next check**

Confirm your business and market in the dashboard, pick your questions and competitors, and run a check. There’s a one-time free evaluation to try before you pick a plan.

## How does this relate to SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO helps people find pages through search. AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) are names for getting your information into AI answers. Underneath, it comes down to three things: authority, answers and structure. Does the machine know who you are, does your content answer the question before it’s asked, and can a machine read your site.

MyAly shows you the actual answers and the pages they cite, next to what’s on your own site. Use it alongside your website and search tools. It doesn’t tell you whether Google has indexed a page, and it can’t replay every person’s session in an app.

## What can a result tell you?

The free snapshot asks ChatGPT and Gemini through their APIs, with web search on. Dashboard checks say which assistant was asked and how. What a client sees in their own ChatGPT, Gemini or Google can differ, because those apps are personalised.

Each result shows the question, the date, the sources and how many answers came back. A failed check is a gap, not a zero. Suggested questions don’t come with search volume, and the score is MyAly’s own measure, not a grade from a search engine.

Start with the free snapshot, then look at the prices in Canadian dollars, what each plan includes and the refund terms. Solo and Team are subscriptions. Brokerage pilots and Fast Start setup are requests, with the scope agreed before you pay.
