What MyAly collects, and why.
MyAly is a product of MyAly AI Inc., a United States company, built for Canadian real estate professionals and hosted on Heidi. This page describes what this website collects, where it goes, and how to contact the company about your information.
The scan form.
Starting a scan asks for your name, your email and your market. Your website and the service areas you cover are optional. Your name, market, website and service areas are sent to Heidi to run the scan: they select the prompts, the model endpoints and the pages a scan reads.
Your email stays in this browser until you ask for the report. Claiming a report sends the address to Heidi so the finished scan can be attached to you, and so we can reach you about it.
Your account and your saved work.
If you sign in, your account, the businesses you track, the questions you check and the evidence behind each observation are stored in the Heidi project that operates MyAly. Runs you started in this browser are also kept in this browser’s own storage, so reloading does not lose a report you have not claimed yet.
The voice demo.
The voice demo on the home page opens your microphone only after you press the control that states you agree. While a conversation is running, your microphone audio is streamed to ElevenLabs and the model providers behind it so they can answer you. New conversations are scheduled for transcript and audio deletion after processing. Where the demo is unavailable, the section says so and its control does nothing.
What this browser remembers.
Your language choice is stored in this browser so the site opens the way you left it. MyAly runs no advertising trackers, no ad pixels and no cross-site profiling.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information.
Ask us for a copy of what MyAly holds about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Say which email address you used; if the request is about one scan, add the market and the date so we can find it. We answer to the same address.
Canadian privacy law.
PIPEDA — Canada's federal private-sector privacy law — applies to the personal information collected here.
If you are in Québec, Law 25 also applies, including the right to ask for your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.
