AI visibility software for Canadian real estate.
MyAly is software with an AI agent for Canadian real estate agents, teams, brokerages and property businesses. It records sampled AI answers and available website and local-search evidence, so you can see who was named, inspect the sources and decide what to improve.
What do you get?
- Free snapshot
- An initial look at one business, with available website and local-search evidence and up to two sampled AI answers. Coverage and unavailable checks stay visible.
- Saved checks
- Choose questions, available providers and competitors in your dashboard. Reopen the captured answers and cited pages, and repeat comparable checks when your allowance permits.
- AI Agent
- Ask the agent to help interpret your saved evidence, investigate a gap or draft content for you to review. You or your website partner carry out the changes.
Who is MyAly for?
Start with a real business and the Canadian market it serves. Solo suits one practice and one primary market. Team suits one team business serving several markets. Brokerages, property managers, developers and commercial businesses can discuss the scope they need before purchasing.
MyAly is useful when you want evidence to guide work on your business facts, source pages and local visibility. You still need someone to review recommendations and make changes. MyAly does not promise a ranking, an AI recommendation or a lead.
Compare plans and allowances →How do you start?
- 1. Confirm your business
- Enter your business name, select the matching Canadian listing or confirm its city and province, and check the website. The initial preview does not require an email address or a payment card.
- 2. Read the evidence
- Review the completed snapshot and its coverage. Sign in with Google or an email code to claim and reopen your full report; entering an email alone does not establish ownership.
- 3. Choose your next check
- Confirm your dashboard business and market, choose relevant questions and competitors, and run an available check. Use the one-time personal evaluation before choosing a paid plan if it meets your needs.
A worked example.
Illustrative example, not a customer result: imagine checking “Which real estate agents help first-time buyers in Ottawa?” A saved answer cites a competitor’s neighbourhood guide and does not name your business.
Open the answer and its cited page. Check whether your own pages clearly describe your first-time-buyer services and the places you serve. If that information is missing or outdated, draft a useful, sourced update and have it reviewed before publishing.
Repeat the same question with comparable settings after the update. A different answer can show a change in that sample; it cannot prove that your edit caused the change or predict what every client will see.
How does this relate to SEO, AEO and GEO?
SEO helps people find pages through search. AEO (answer engine optimization) and GEO (generative engine optimization) commonly describe work to make information useful in AI answers. Clear pages, accurate business facts and accessible sources matter across these efforts.
MyAly adds a way to inspect sampled answers and their sources alongside your business evidence. Use it with your website and search tools. It does not establish whether Google has indexed a page or reproduce every consumer-app session.
What can a result tell you?
The free snapshot samples model APIs with web search. Dashboard checks identify their collection method and available providers. Results can differ from a client’s personalised ChatGPT, Gemini or Google experience; a provider name alone does not make them equivalent.
Read the question, date, citations and completed sample beside a result. Failed checks are missing evidence. Suggested questions have no measured search volume, and a score is MyAly’s diagnostic rather than a search-engine grade.
Read the measurement limits →How do you buy, or get help?
Start with the free snapshot, then review current Canadian-dollar prices, included allowances and refund terms. Solo and Team are subscriptions; brokerage pilots and optional Fast Start setup are requests with scope agreed before payment.
Fast Start covers configuration, baseline review and a handoff. Website changes, content production and ongoing implementation are outside that setup scope. Contact us if you need help deciding which scope fits your business.
